I listen before
I design.
I listen to the system before I touch it. Where is work bottlenecking? Where are decisions stalling? Where is leadership alignment losing cadence behind activity? That is where I start, not with a methodology playbook, but with careful listening and pattern recognition.
I've worked inside complex technical environments long enough to know the difference between a methodology problem and a leadership problem. They rarely sound the same. Treating one as the other is how organizations stay stuck for years while the system keeps repeating the same signal.
The solution comes from the discovery, not from a framework I arrived with. My engagements are structured around what the system is actually telling us, not what I assumed before I walked in.
